Luxe PM Agent SMS Terms

Luxe PM Agent is operated by Georgia Luxe Outdoors.

The Luxe PM Agent SMS/MMS program provides optional project-coordination texts and photo messages to Michael Klump and opted-in Luxe crew members and project managers. The program number is (470) 748-0047.

Texting begins after carrier registration and service activation. Signing up does not mean the number is already connected to the Luxe PM Agent.

What you are signing up for

Messages cover assigned work, daily coordination, delivery updates, requests for progress photos, review reminders and replies to project questions. Messages are recurring; frequency varies with project activity. This program does not include advertising, customer messaging or vendor messaging.

An automated assistant may prepare message drafts, but every outgoing SMS/MMS in this program remains subject to Michael Klump’s existing approval gate. Enrollment does not create automatic sending authority. A text message does not independently authorize purchases, payments, contract changes, scope changes or schedule commitments.

How to enroll

Read these terms and the SMS privacy notice. Print the crew consent form, complete the optional acknowledgement for your own mobile number, sign and date it, and give it directly to Michael Klump. Michael records the consent before the number becomes eligible for program texts.

Participation is voluntary. Other project communication channels remain available. Giving Luxe a phone number for another purpose does not enroll you. Tell Michael if your number changes or is reassigned.

After a valid signed enrollment is recorded and the messaging service is active, the participant receives an immediate confirmation identifying Luxe PM Agent, stating that recurring operational messages are enabled, that message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply, and providing HELP and STOP instructions.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to stop program texts. For assistance, reply HELP or contact projects@galuxeoutdoors.com. Opting out suppresses future program messages; enrolling again requires a new affirmative choice tied to your own number.

Charges and delivery

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s plan determines charges to you. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability and can be delayed or fail. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This number is not an emergency service.

Privacy and program changes

See the dedicated SMS privacy notice. Do not send passwords, banking details, government identifiers or unrelated private personnel information through this program. Material changes to the purpose, audience or approval model require updated disclosures and any newly required consent; project enrollment does not enroll you in marketing.
