Luxe PM Agent SMS Privacy Notice

Luxe PM Agent is operated by Georgia Luxe Outdoors.

This notice covers the optional Luxe PM Agent SMS/MMS program for Michael Klump and opted-in Luxe crew members and project managers at (470) 748-0047.

Information and purpose

We use participant names, mobile numbers, project or role associations, consent choices and message content to coordinate assigned work and respond to project questions. Messages can include delivery updates, reminders and project photos. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We keep consent dates, disclosure versions, approval records and opt-out records to establish permission, enforce the program’s approval gate and honor participants’ choices. Message and delivery metadata support troubleshooting and audit records. If automation helps prepare a draft, the audit may record its policy version and evidence without changing the recipient-facing sender identity.

Sharing and access

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We also do not rent mobile numbers or SMS consent information or share SMS opt-in consent with affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers and telecommunications carriers may process information as needed to operate and deliver this program under the applicable service arrangements. Authorized Luxe personnel may access information needed for project coordination and administration. Disclosures required by law may occur.

Access should be limited to personnel and approved services that need it. Please do not send passwords, financial account details, government identifiers or unrelated private personnel information through the program.

Retention and choices

Information is retained for its operational purpose and to maintain consent, suppression, approval and audit records. Opting out stops future program messaging; it does not necessarily erase previous project records or the evidence needed to honor the opt-out.

Participation is optional. A mobile number supplied for another purpose is not SMS consent. Reply STOP to stop program texts. Reply HELP or contact projects@galuxeoutdoors.com for assistance, correction or questions about retention. Notify Michael if your number changes.
